BRAND SHOPPING JAPAN is a luxury sourcing and purchasing support service based in Japan.

We help customers around the world purchase authentic pre-owned luxury bags, watches, jewelry, and accessories from trusted Japanese stores, auctions, collectors, pawn shops, and second-hand marketplaces.

Japan is known worldwide as one of the best markets for vintage and pre-owned luxury goods. Many Japanese collectors take exceptional care of their belongings, and as a result, Japan offers a wide selection of authentic luxury items in remarkably good condition.

Today, many of these items can be found online. However, many Japanese stores do not ship internationally. In many cases, overseas credit cards are not accepted on Japanese websites, and the purchasing process can be difficult for international customers.

This is why we created BRAND SHOPPING JAPAN.

For many years, we operated as a traditional vintage luxury retailer, carefully selecting and selling pre-owned luxury items. However, over time, we realized that many customers were not only looking for the items we had in stock, but for specific pieces that were personally meaningful to them — a rare vintage bag, a particular model, or a special item they had been searching for for years.

This realization led us to transform our business model. Instead of focusing on maintaining inventory, we decided to dedicate ourselves to providing a personalized luxury sourcing and purchasing support service.

We do not simply resell items with large markups. Instead, we act as your trusted partner in Japan, helping you access Japan’s exceptional vintage luxury market with confidence, transparency, and fair service fees.

Founder’s Message

I am Miki, the founder of BRAND SHOPPING JAPAN and the owner of VINTAGE QUEEN Ltd.

I have been collecting Louis Vuitton since 1998, with a particular love for vintage Vuitton and rare pieces. When I was in my twenties, I lived in Europe, where Louis Vuitton was a familiar part of everyday luxury culture. Since then, I have always been drawn to the beauty of well-made vintage items.

There was a time when I stepped away from collecting Louis Vuitton and became involved in a completely different business. However, in 2003, reuniting with Oliver Stehling in Tokyo reignited my passion for Louis Vuitton. Oliver is a renowned Louis Vuitton collector from Austria and is well known among collectors in Europe.

I have always loved vintage and antique pieces. My grandfather once ran a museum, and our family home was filled with antiques. Growing up in that environment, I naturally developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, history, and the beauty of good old things.

Through many years in the vintage luxury business, I have come to believe that Japan is one of the world’s greatest treasures for pre-owned luxury goods. There are countless trusted shops, auctions, collectors, pawn shops, and second-hand stores throughout Japan, offering beautiful authentic items in excellent condition.

However, for customers outside Japan, purchasing these items is not always easy. Many stores do not ship overseas, and many Japanese websites do not accept international credit cards. Language barriers, payment issues, authentication concerns, and international shipping procedures can also make the process difficult.

With experience in the vintage luxury business since 2005, we provide a complete support service for customers around the world. We help customers purchase authentic luxury items from Japan, arrange professional authentication, inspect the condition, provide careful cleaning when needed, and ship the items safely overseas.

Our mission is not simply to sell luxury goods. We want to help people around the world discover and enjoy authentic Japanese vintage treasures at fair and reasonable prices.
